Do I need to know how to paint or make art?

No! We cater our events are for all skill levels from complete beginner to advance.

Do you provide all the art supplies?

Yes! We will provide everything you need for the event. Can I bring some of my own art supplies? Yes, this is optional.

What do I need to wear?

Whatever you would like to wear, we will have aprons to cover most of your clothes, but still, keep in mind you will be working with art mediums including paint. The paint is water soluble. If you do happen to get anything on your clothing, just wash it within 24 hours.

What Time Should I Arrive to the event?

10 minutes ahead of scheduled time is recommended.

What if I am running late for the event?

Unless the event is already half over- it is ok! Come anyway, we will catch you up.

Do I have to paint the painting being taught?

No, you take it home; it is your art piece. If you want to paint something else the instructor will be there to provide help when possible.

Can I take my art/painting home?

Are walk-ins welcome to events?

We highly encourage registering before the event, we need to have materials prepared for you.

It is possible but there is no guarantee for walk-ins. Is alcohol or food included?

No. Event ticket purchase includes all of your art supplies. However, most of the venues have food and drink to choose from. Is there an age restriction at the events? Generally, 12 years old with an adult unless it is a kid’s class. Keep in mind that many of our venues have age restrictions. If not sure, just contact the venue for further information.

Is there drinking at the events?

Yes, but optional. Some events held at venues serve alcohol. BYOB events will say on the event description. If an event is not BYOB then the venue sells alcohol there or has no alcohol. To consume alcohol at our events you must be 21 years of age. Event venues are responsible for participant’s consumption of any alcohol.

Can you reserve seats for my big group of friends?

We will try but cannot promise reserved seats. There will be seats for everyone at the event but best to arrive early if you want to have a large group sit together. Or consider having a private party through us with just your guest list!

 

RETURN/CHANGE POLICY

To change your tickets event date this must be done 48 hours in advance. If for some reason you cannot make your event and wish to change please contact us or consider gifting your ticket to a friend. This policy is strict because of high volume and to insure we have the correct amount of supplies and space for everyone at each event. Thank you for understanding.

If you have passed the 48 hour mark and would like to reschedule your tickets, there is a $5 rescheduling fee per ticket please contact us at:  Orlandopaints.info@gmail.com
